Health & Wellness Profiles: Physical health data, wellness check results, and potential risks to ensure safe training.

Security Footage: 24/7 video surveillance is active at our Beaumont and Edmonton locations for member safety.

Precise Location Data: Our mobile app collects location data to enable the digital keyfob feature, allowing secure doors to unlock only when you are physically on-site.

2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used strictly for internal management purposes:

Access Control: Using Geofencing to verify your presence before unlocking gym doors.

Member Safety: Monitoring facilities via CCTV and ensuring workouts align with your health profile.

Service Improvement: Management reviews data to improve facility flow and member experience.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We have a zero-sharing policy. Your personal, health, and location information is never sold, traded, or shared with third-party advertisers or outside entities. Access is strictly limited to gym management to better serve you.

4. Location Services (App Store Compliance)
The app requires "Always" or "While Using" location permissions to function as a keyfob.

Purpose: To trigger door locks when you are within the immediate proximity of the gym.

Storage: Location data is used in real-time to authenticate entry and is not stored on our servers or used to track your movements outside of our facilities.

5. Data Security & Retention
We use industry-standard encryption to protect your health and billing records. We retain your data only as long as your membership is active.

6. User Rights & Data Deletion
In compliance with App Store and Google Play requirements, you have the following rights:

Access: You may request a copy of the data we hold about you.

Deletion: You may request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

To request deletion: Please email us at privacy@loregym.com or use the "Delete Account" feature within the App Settings.

7. Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
